Documentary 《Leap over the Himalaya》enters postproduction. While the globalization reshaping the way of life all over the world, the Tibetans are slowly adapting the new trade on their own pace with their feisty nomads’ spirit.
One thing in particular grabbed our attention during the shoot, is the trade of Matsutake mushroom. From a snowy frost with an average elevation of 3500 meters, to a high end restaurant in Tokyo, the max time allowed for matsutake mushroom to stay fresh is 48 hours.
